I'm a CPG marketing expert ready to help small and mid-size companies realize
their big ambitions.

About Me
Hi, I'm Laura. I'm a foodie, a health and wellness product junkie, a mom and a career CPG marketer.
I help small and-mid size CPG brands realize their big ambitions by creating strategies for accelerated growth. I am energized by working with the people and brands that are transforming the food, health and wellness landscape today.
My sweet spot is connecting the dots across insights and data about the consumer, category and competitive context to hone in on a brand’s unique point of difference.
After earning an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School, I spent over 20 years building brands and growing businesses at companies like General Mills, Ian’s Natural Foods and MegaFood.
Over time, I have learned to ‘take the best and leave the rest’ from my big company experience to help companies like yours create smart and efficient roadmaps for growth.
I'd love to learn about your business and how I can help!
